WHAT IS THE RAW SIGNAL SIGNATURE BOONIE HAT?

The RAW SIGNAL Signature Boonie Hat is our hero product and the foundation of the brand. It features a camo base, anarchy print top and liner, a reverse velcro swappable patch panel with the RAW SIGNAL icon patch, sewn crown patches, a nylon military strap with plastic buckle, and a distressed brim. It is one size fits most and retails for $80 USD. It is built to make a statement every time you wear it.
ARE ANY PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged. See our Returns policy below for full details.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Our products are on hand and ready to ship — we do not do pre-orders. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?

RAW SIGNAL products are designed in the USA and manufactured in China. Our manufacturing partners in China are ISO 9001 certified, BSCI audited, and CE certified — meaning they meet internationally recognized standards for quality management, ethical business practices, fair wages, worker protections, and safe working conditions. We do not work with manufacturers who exploit their workers. That is not who we are and it never will be.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for any future international orders.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDERS?

No. All RAW SIGNAL products are on hand and ready to ship at the time of purchase. We do not offer pre-orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding shipping options in the future.
WILL I RECIEVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We only accept returns on items that arrive damaged. All other purchases are final sale. No exceptions.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged you must send photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it to either our Instagram @rawsignal.shop or our email rawsignal@rawsignal.shop. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered. Once your claim is approved you will receive instructions for returning the item.
